1. About DZIGN

DZIGN হলো Dhaka-based direct-to-customer apparel storefront। Website-এ real product photography, catalog information, size, colour, SKU, price এবং availability দেখানো হতে পারে। “Export quality” wording product-level information and presentation-এর অংশ; কোনো product specific certification, factory ownership, brand affiliation বা technical standard claim করা হলে সেটি product page-এ আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।

2. Product information and availability

Colour, texture, measurement, image crop এবং screen display-এর কারণে actual garment-এর সঙ্গে সামান্য visual difference হতে পারে। Product page-এর size and fit information দেখে order করুন এবং unsure হলে order-এর আগে WhatsApp-এ measurement confirm করুন। Website availability real-time inventory guarantee নয়; order review-এর সময় current stock confirm করা হবে।

3. Prices, orders, and confirmation

Listed price BDT-তে দেখানো হয় এবং delivery fee selected zone অনুযায়ী আলাদা হতে পারে। Customer details, product variation, quantity, total payable amount এবং delivery information confirm না হওয়া পর্যন্ত order final dispatch commitment নয়। DZIGN stock, pricing error, duplicate order, suspected misuse, incomplete address বা unavailable variation-এর ক্ষেত্রে order hold, correction বা cancellation সম্পর্কে customer-কে জানাতে পারে।

4. Payment and delivery

COD, manual bKash/Nagad verification এবং bank-transfer request current site flow-এ available হতে পারে। Verified payment instruction না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত wallet transfer করবেন না। Pathao courier integration বর্তমানে manual mode-এ; courier booking, consignment ID এবং delivery update support team order review-এর পরে জানায়। Delivery estimate zone, courier capacity, weather, public holiday এবং address accessibility-এর কারণে বদলাতে পারে।

5. Customer responsibilities

• সঠিক নাম, active mobile number, complete address এবং reachable contact details দেওয়া।
• Checkout বা WhatsApp confirmation-এর আগে product, size, colour, quantity, price এবং delivery charge মিলিয়ে দেখা।
• OTP, PIN, password, wallet PIN বা অন্য customer-এর personal information share না করা।
• Delivery গ্রহণের সময় parcel এবং product condition check করা এবং issue হলে Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী দ্রুত জানানো।

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

DZIGN name, logo, product photography, page copy, catalog data, graphics and layout আমাদের বা our licensors-এর intellectual property হতে পারে। Written permission ছাড়া commercial copying, scraping, resale, impersonation, malicious form submission বা site security bypass করা নিষিদ্ধ।

7. Linked policies and changes

Privacy Policy customer information handling ব্যাখ্যা করে এবং Return & Refund Policy exchange, damage, cancellation ও refund process ব্যাখ্যা করে। DZIGN business operation, product range, payment setup বা applicable requirements বদলালে policy update করতে পারে; updated date page-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে।
